Outplacement
Staff redundancies cover all activities in connection with the termination of employees – whether for economic reasons (restructuring, staff reductions), performance-related reasons (individual redundancies), natural reasons (retirement) or as a result of the lack of attractiveness of the company (fluctuation).
In all these activities, the company bears a special ethical and social responsibility.
My experiences:
- Conception, planning and implementation of restructuring measures, in particular in the area of termination processes and in the creation of communication standards as well as negotiations with the social partners.
- Accompanying of management and employees in the restructuring process.
- Execution of individual and group outplacements.
