Personnel retention and deployment
Personnel retention includes all measures necessary to retain existing employees and maintain their performance. With efficient staff deployment, employees are assigned to the company’s upcoming operational tasks so that optimum performance can always be achieved. Qualitative, quantitative, temporal and local components are considered. Flexible working time models are the keyword.
My experiences:
- Conception of career models (including coaching / mentoring programs and career models).
- Introduction of modern working time models (part-time/family models).
- Creation of training and apprentice concepts as well as health and safety concepts.
