The HR strategy is an important component of the corporate strategy and focuses on the necessary measures to meet the needs of human capital management. The objectives of the corporate strategy are coordinated and linked with the HR strategy.
With my services, I support companies and/or HR departments during the conception, introduction and implementation of a modern HR strategy. The values and mission of human resources management are defined. The goals and milestones set serve the measurability of the strategy development and the means necessary for the realisation of the HR strategy are listed and evaluated.
Before the implementation phase, it is determined whether the HR strategy developed corresponds the business strategy and whether the processes and systems are aimed at it.
