The company's business units should be able to concentrate on their core activities. HR processes that only serve the needs of HR professionals do not create a competitive advantage. HR processes must be consistently geared to attracting and retaining qualified employees through high employer branding and attractive employment conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Future-oriented and open career planning and a transparent and market-oriented remuneration policy form an essential part of employee satisfaction.
